Where is My Box?

The shipping window starts each month as soon as ordering closes, this occurs on the Friday closest to the 15th of each month (there is a ticker on the top on the BAM! web homepage that shows which box is available and for how much longer).

Once your box has shipped, you will be sent a notification by email where you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your order. 

To check your tracking, you can simply login into your BAM! Member Portal (where you signed up for the subscription) or you can go to USPS tracking site at: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action

While we strive to send your BAM! boxes as quickly as possible, due to the incredibly collectible status of our boxes containing a celebrity autograph, sometimes this will push the shipping window back towards the end of the month.
