If your box has shipped you will have received a notification by email. In that email will include the tracking number of your box so that you can check on the status of your box with USPS.
To check your tracking, you can simply login in to your Member Portal (where you signed up for the subscription, or you can go to their tracking site at: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action
If for some reason you did not receive a shipping email (or it got lost in a junk folder), we recommend signing into your Member Portal in order to view the shipping status.
If your box has not yet shipped, it may help for you to review our shipping policy:
We ship out all of the boxes 15 to 25 days after the ordering period closes (which is the 15th of each month). While we strive to send them as quickly as possible, due to the incredibly collectible status of our boxes containing a celebrity autograph, sometimes this pushes towards the back end of this shipping window.
This can be because of the celebrity's schedule or often if we are shipping larger items like Funko POPS!
So, for example, if you order Box #10 on October 7th, then your shipping window will be October 30th through November 9th.
Once your box is ready to ship, an automatic email will be generated and sent to you with your tracking information.
On the off chance that there are delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will update you via email and social networks.
