What is the shipping policy?

Your BAM! Box will ship by the end of the month after the ordering period ends.

What does that mean?

Our ordering period runs from the 18th to the 18th of each month. Once the ordering period closes, your boxes begin getting processed, prepared, packed and ready to ship!

Once your box is sent to the shipping center an automatic email will be generated and sent to you with your tracking information. These times can vary in the month. In the off chance that there are delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will update you via email and social networks. 

If you have not received a tracking number by the 1st of the following month, please email support@thebambox.com and we will be happy to assist you!
