My Bam Box is missing an item or is damaged/broken. What should I do?

Oh no! We can get this taken care of. In the rare case that an item is missing from your Bam Box, you received the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged, please email support@thebambox.com. If an item is damaged, the support agent will request a photo of the damaged item. Since our inventory changes every month, all issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Once it is received, please allow up to 4 weeks for your replacement to ship back to you once the support agent confirms. You will receive a tracking number after that.

Please note: Since we are a mystery style subscription box we do not offer any returns, refunds or credits for being dissatisfied with any of the items in the box.
