How does International Shipping work?

We send out Bam Boxes once a month. Our deadline will always be the 17th or 18th of the month for when the theme ends (dates can be verified on the countdown at TheBamBox.com). After this, the boxes will process and we expect every Bam Box to be shipped between the 21st and 28th of each month.

During this time, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to populate information. All customers can check their tracking number at USPS.com and International customers boxes will be handed off to your local shipping service once it clears customs.

If you have not received a tracking number by the 29th of the month, please email support@thebambox.com and we will be happy to assist you.
