We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel or skip your subscription via your online user account for your subscription.
After you have logged into your account, you will click the tab that says MY ACCOUNT. Here you will see your subscription information. Scroll down under the subscription information and click the EDIT tab. Here you will see the option to SKIP A MONTH or CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
Follow the remaining prompts to complete the cancellation process. This will cancel your subscription but it will not cancel the order (if you paid for a box that has not been shipped) and you will not receive a refund just by cancelling the subscription. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation via email shortly after completing the cancellation process.
We count our boxes ahead so we can make sure we can keep bringing you the quality of service you are used to with the Bam Box and will not issue a refund for a subscription that was cancelled after a renewal happens. You can read more about this on our "Terms of Service" page at thebambox.com/tos.
If you are skipping or cancelling your subscription and do not want to be charged at the next renewal date you must do so 48 hours prior to the renewal date (1st of every month).
