If you cancel your subscription after you were charged for a box, you will still receive that box. Cancelling your subscription does not cancel any orders that may have been placed while your subscription is still active, it only cancels the subscription from further renewing.
Our policy is that once a payment has processed all sales are final. One of the main reasons for this is our ordering system. We count our boxes ahead so we can make sure we can keep bringing you the quality of service you are used to with the Bam Box.
